About Us
AICI has a proven track record of successfully completing a wide range of projects in various locations throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Since 1974, AICI has served clients in both the public and private sectors. Its public sector clients include US government agencies such as the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), the US Agency for International Development (USAID), and the US Department of State Bureau of Overseas Building Operations (OBO).
Our Mission
AICI provides versatility in the manner in which it delivers its projects to the client, including the designbuild process and execution of the construction effort through selfperformance or management of subcontractors. This versatility enables AICI to provide its clients with quality facilities—on time and safely—at the best value for their investment.
Our History
AICI was established in 1974, initially operating under the name of the George A. Fuller Company and then changing its name in 1989. We are headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with an international operations office in Cairo, Egypt. AICI also draws upon the significant resources of its parent company, Archirodon NV.
Subsidiaries
In addition, our subsidiary companies provide specific services for specific clients. AICI-SP was established in 2005 by its parent, AICI, to design-build international facilities requiring special security features for the US government. AIC, LLC has successfully delivered projects in demanding locations in the Middle East and Africa and services clients in both the public and private sectors.
